4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account with grab333 at any time. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under the same identity, different identities, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. grab333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. 5. Deposits & Payments

grab333 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-native payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, FPX, DuitNow, bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and BTC. Supported payment methods may vary and are subject to change at grab333's discretion.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed on the Cashier screen at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after blockchain network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.

5.2 Currency

All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in foreign currency or via cryptocurrency will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rate fluctuations are beyond our control and are not grounds for dispute.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Credit is not immediately withdrawable. Each promotion carries a stated wagering requirement expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x). The wagering requirement must be met in full using real-money wagers before any winnings derived from Bonus Credit can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, progressive jackpot slots) may count at a reduced or zero rate towards meeting a wagering requirement, as specified in individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account suspension.

8. Betting Rules

All sports betting markets offered on grab333 — including but not limited to EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other sporting events — are governed by the following general betting rules:

• Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where grab333 expressly provides an in-play cash-out feature and that feature is activated by the player prior to event completion.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, grab333 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stake to the player's Account.
• grab333 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market, event, or player at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such gains are subject to void and forfeiture.

• Registering or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity or KYC documentation.

• Any conduct that grab333, in its reasonable judgement, considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or detrimental to other players.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by grab333

grab333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; fraudulent activity is detected; KYC documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe; or continued Account operation poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform. Where a suspension is due to suspected fraud or AML concerns, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-compliant Bonus Credit) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Without limiting the foregoing, grab333 is not responsible for: interruptions to the Platform caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service outages, or force majeure events; any errors in third-party payment processing; or losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the grab333 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory. grab333 reserves the right to refer any matter to arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules where appropriate.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
